General terms and conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website. By using this website, you agree to comply with these terms.

• When a product has been bought, money cannot be refunded. The newspapers are printed on demand, so when you place an order or buy a subscription, the printing will start..
• You pay for a subscription. There is no possibility to stop midway during a subscription. 
• The newspapers are sent by BPOST, a Belgian postal company. We do everything to ensure a good arrival of your copy. If something goes wrong, we are not responsible. You can send your complaint toinfo@mythropool.com and we will forward this to the postal service.
• The postal-services in Belgium have been ever-changing the last 2 years. Sometimes it can take a while longer for your copy to arrive if there are new changes in the law concerning postal-services or when they are on strike. We are not responsible for errors like that.
• The transport fee is a fixed fee for subscriptions and single copies. This price can be higher, due to economic changes with the postal service. Know that this can happen, but we hope this fee is fixed for some time.

• MYTHROPOOL is a registered trademark and therefore a protected brand. All rights are reserved to WAANZIN, Josse De Maesschalck & Bo Sels

• Copies are unique. They cannot be scanned, photographed or shared online. Social media posts are possible, but the full contents may never be posted online.
• Of course we cannot ensure that copies aren’t shared between one another. But to support local artists who work daily on this newspaper, do send your friends to our site and encourage them to order a copy. Only that way Mythropool can keep on existing.
• Self made copies of MYTHROPOOL are strictly forbidden. When this happens, we will need to take jurisdictionary measures. 
• Illustrations, graphic elements, articles, titles, names of characters, names of articles, names of places, names of races,... cannot be used by any other intellectual property. They are within the copyrights of MYTHROPOOL.
• The name ‘MYTHROPOOL’ cannot be used for third party products, spin-offs,... without our consent.
• When there is fan made fiction or items, the name ‘MYTHROPOOL’ cannot be used. If so, you need to refer to ‘MYTHROPOOL’ as ‘inspired by’ and make sure you say it is NOT a product of MYTHROPOOL. 
• All items, products, audiovisual works, Youtube videos,.. which are brought out under the name ‘MYTHROPOOL’ and everything that is in conflict with the terms stated above without our consent will be brought in front of a court of law.
